Varci Drinks

Tonic Spritz

  • 15mL Lemon Verbena Varci Tonic Syrup

  • Top with Sparkling Wine (Mild Sweetness)

  • Garnish with lemongrass

Mojito with Tonic

  • 45mL Rum
  • 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 30mL Varci Tonic Syrup Citrus
    Mint
    Muddle, shake and double strain into rocks glass. Top with soda and mint

Spiced Negroni

  • 30mL Gin
  • 15mL Amaro
  • 30mL Sweet Vermouth
  • 20mL Varci Tonic Syrup Pink Peppercorn
    Layer ingredients into glass with ice, lightest to heaviest. Garnish with orange.

Shaky Luke

  • 45mL Gin
  • 60mL Lemon juice
  • Teaspoon of ginger syrup*
  • 100mL Pale Ale
  • 15mL Varci Tonic Syrup Citrus

    Shake all ingredients besides beer, then layer into schooner.
    *Juice ginger. Add equal parts sugar syrup and ginger juice.

Hot Toddy

  • 70mL of Hot Varci Tonic (citrus to water at 1:6 ratio)
  • 45mL of Whisky
  • 15mL of Maple syrup
    Garnish with cinnamon.

 

Varci Fruit Cup

  • 30ml Dry Gin
  • 30ml Orange Curacao
  • 30ml Red Vermouth
  • 15ml Varci Ginger Syrup
  • 15ml Varci Kola syrup
  • 2-4 dash Bitters
  • Soda
  • Orange and mint

    Combine all ingredients except soda in a tall glass and stir. top with soda. Can be pre batched ahead of time if larger quantities need to be made!

Doctor Pepper

  • 30ml Varci Kola syrup
  • 60ml Disaronno Amaretto
  • 1/2 can IPA Beer
  • Soda to top, Lime wedge to garnish                                                                                              Pour all ingredients in to tall glass filled with ice, stir briefly and to p with soda and lime wedge
